I just bought a book from some charity book fair held in Leisure Mall. Here’s a quote I would like to share. “Here is the true meaning and purpose of the cross. Where’s “Please” and “Thank you”? Hmm, I guess people right now forget about these. Yea, in the era where everything is about effectiveness and efficiency, people talk less right now. But is “Please” and “Thank you” take you a long time? We all lack communication, those intimate communications between family member. Our father especially. We don’t feel grateful for the things that we receive and we see it as if we deserve it because they are supposed to provide us. But this is not the way it should be. Yes, it is their given task to raise us up (2 Cor. 12:14 After all, children should not have to save up for their parents, but parents for their children.), but it is also our part to be thankful (Eph. 5:20 always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ

Cheese! Here I am in Scouter’s Room of MBSSKL Scout’s Den. The boy scouts are having a PL/PS Selection Camp over here. As a Senior Troop Asst. Scouter , and the best buddy of the Boy Scout Troop Asst. Scouters , I’m here to help out the training! Hmm, all went well, except that sudden heavy rain ruined my treasure hunt plan! A little disappointment there, only 9 Form 1 Boy Scouts turned up, which is not at all sufficient as we need 6 Patrol Leaders and 6 Patrol Seconds. But it’s okay, we’ll run it! I’m supposed only to observe and leave the planning all to the present PLs and PSs, but as a strong choleric guy, I can’t help but take charge immediately. Alright, food is always my passion. Haha, even though I don’t really mind what I’m eating, but I like the satisfactory I get when I’m full, and also the sleepy, dizzy mode you have after you eat. (I’ll run towards it whenever there’s free food!) We all need food. Bread, rice, malt, barley or whatever form or taste or state it exists. It provides us energy to continue our daily life and to keep our body running. That’s physical food. We exists also in spirit, therefore we need spiritual food. Deuteronomy 8:3 He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your fathers had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD. And where do we find these spiritual food? Of course, the Word of God, the Holy Bible . But how come when we always crave for KFC, McDonalds, Secret Recipe and all, some of us (including me) feels reluctant to take spiritual food regularly? Because

The reason I love hiking and camping is I can see how much love our God has for us. People ask me the evidence of God, even I used to ask that. I realised, the reason that we ask for these evidences is that we are just not careful enough. Stop your life, carpe diem, and go for a hike! Back to nature! Looking at the Lata Kinjang Waterfall, I’m amazed by how God could pile up rocks to raise the mountain, pumps the water so that it flows non-stop and even creates water, rocks, energy, physics and all that make this perfect aquarium? *Hugged by nature* I thank God for this wonderful world and yes I thank God for letting me to see His works of art! People always ask:"If God is Almighty, why does He allow evil? Why doesn't He just wipe off all the evil from the surface of the Earth?" Both of these gifts works together within us guiding us in our daily walk, with or without Him. Losing any one of these gifts can cause the whole human community upside down. If God would give us these gifts, therefore we have to utilise it. Hence, there is choice. When man chose to rebel against Him, evil was introduced. Evil = Anything that goes against God's will and perverts His rules of nature. Man can choose between following Him or not following Him . I've shared the Gospel with my father today, the very thing that I wanted to do for so long. Unfortunately I was unable to share the complete one because my dad kept diverting the topic to his own philosophy. I could see his main concern is whether I'll honor and give thanks to my parents. Today was powerful! It's amazing how God provides everything and everything will fall in places! Good news! We are ahead of the lesson! We haven't actually completed the XEE training, but we are able to evangelise fully according to the outline given! What is more amazing when we only invite 2 prospects today, both by me, we thought we didn't have enough people for us to do the Connect Activity (CA) where we have to put things we learn into practical use! But amazingly more than 10 people popped out from no where and join us for the CA! What's more amazing, 7 of them accepted Christ! PRAISE THE LORD! These 7 are: Foong Li Ching Gauthaman Wayne Hiew Parthiban Ratna Benedict Chong Chin Jon Mun All glory to God! Great harvest today ! My joy bar went up to 100%! Currently using the brown one (bilingual), love the bottom one most! After 3hours of lazy work.... At last, I can do my homework in my own room! My wardrobe + Book rack achieved agreement and a new UN was set up! But.... No changes to my desktop...the desk is still on top.... Sign off!

Let's look at how two different people reacted towards two similar events and the same book of Gospel, Gospel of Luke.
