Hope? Disappointment?

My dad always has this compliment about Christianity:"Believe in Jesus and sins are forgiven? Not so easy...If that's so, everyone can just kill someone and come back to Jesus, he/she will not be punished. Whao! It's a no-need-die plate! Crap!"

But I can't blame him for having such thoughts, things happening around us just forced him to think such a way. Look at warfares around us, mostly started on religions' name. Holy war, Crusade or whatever war the world is currently having said it's for their religion's sake, sometimes cruelly makes the Non-believers to continue their unbelieving thoughts. Most innocent is us lorr, lol, when we're trying to preach, a hard time for us.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've been thinking of this on and off:"Is the salvation that Jesus brought us a no-need-die plate?"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jesus died for us on the cross, then raised again from death, defeated death is an undeniable fact. By that, we are forgiven of our sin. Most importantly, we have to repent and submit ourselves to Jesus.

[2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!]

We are born again in Christ's name.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are living in a world that is so much burden on us. Responsibility, stress, guilt. (Without neglecting there are happiness and joy too) Salvation that Jesus brought to us is a hope for us. He forgave (I use the word "forgave" because He already forgive us even before we sin.) our sins. He gave us a hope, a hope to Heaven. That hope, is exactly what is leading us in this life, no matter good or bad, happy or sad.

How sad for a person who live without any hope.

If you have done something really wrong to someone, wouldn't you be happy if that person forgive you without asking you to pay? This is exactly what Jesus gave us! A hope. He gave us hope, a place in Heaven. Whether we are right or wrong, is not up to us to judge, only God can, but the hope that Jesus gave us will drive us to continue our life.

However, it is really up to you whether to make the hope turns real (a place in Heaven) or to turn it into a disappointment. If your life here on Earth pleases God, He will judge you accordingly.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It's not up to us to judge, remember that. Therefore we do not have to care where we are going after death, because Jesus promised us a place in Heaven, a hope for us. Turn this hope real, starting from now, and let Jesus give you a hope! Don't disappoint yourself!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Prayer for Non-believers and those suffering wars: Father in Heaven, we hereby pray to You that you will open the eyes of many Non-believers. Make them believe that Jesus sacrificed Himself for us. Father forgive them for they do not know and may they seek you in truth. May they share the hope that Jesus gave us and may they share the salvation that You brought upon us. Father, we pray for the world and those suffering wars. Father, with Your power and mercy, stop the wars happening in this world, so that those who are weak will not suffer. Father, listen to us, we are thankful that we are not suffering life them, but we pray for them. Give them shelter, give them comfort O Lord. For You are merciful and graceful! In Jesus Christ name I pray, Amen! God Bless!
